Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CyberBill Africa's platforms, websites and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

CyberBill Africa provides AI-powered software platforms including LearnCore, EduCore AI, GovCore and PolitiCore, as well as training services through CyberBill Academy. These Services are provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis to educational institutions, government agencies, political organizations and enterprises.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Upload malicious code or engage in activities that compromise platform security

4. Intellectual Property

All platforms, software, documentation and content provided by CyberBill Africa are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services according to your subscription or licensing agreement.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within our platforms. We claim no ownership over your content. We process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

6. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise clients are covered by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailed in their licensing contracts. These SLAs define uptime commitments, support response times and issue resolution procedures.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyberBill Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for a period of 30 days before permanent deletion.
